Using this site
These terms govern your use of fantemo.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Product information
Fantemo is intended to connect Lander, Feed and the Control Room, including Studio and Insights. References to integrations, connected services, partnerships, features and workflows describe an intended experience unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Availability may change as the product develops.
Founding 100 applications and nominations
The Founding 100 represents up to 100 artist careers, not 100 individual subscribers.
Submitting an application or nomination does not confirm selection, acceptance, access timing, functionality, recognition, pricing, an event invitation or any other benefit.
A manager, label or team member submitting a nomination confirms that they are authorised to provide the information submitted and to be contacted about it.
A preferred Fantemo username is recorded only as a request. It is not reserved, confirmed or guaranteed unless Fantemo confirms availability and registration separately.
Any preview, event, performance, offer or pricing will be subject to availability and any separate terms communicated at the time.
Information submitted must be accurate and must be yours to provide.
Fantemo may decline, pause or withdraw an application, nomination or selection at its discretion.
Fan update registrations
Fan update registrations are separate from the Founding 100. Registration provides requested Fantemo updates and does not create Founding 100 membership, product access or entitlement to an event, offer or performance.
Your information
Information submitted through this site is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.
Intellectual property
The Fantemo name, logo, wordmark, site design and content are owned by Fantemo. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission. Third-party names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and their mention does not imply any partnership, endorsement, integration or availability unless expressly stated.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete or current. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site.
Changes
We may update these terms as Fantemo develops and will change the date at the top when we do. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
