Fantemo HQ is being built in phases, beginning with Lander. The Founding 100 are the people it gets built around — using it on real work, on real deadlines, and telling us where it breaks before anyone else sees it.
You get it first
Early access introduced in controlled phases, starting with Lander and opening up as each part becomes usable.
You shape the order
What gets built next is decided with the people using it, not guessed at in a room without them.
You keep the standing
Recognition as a Fantemo founding member, by mutual agreement, for as long as it means something.
What we're looking for.
An audience, and a reason to activate it
You already have people paying attention. What you need is somewhere for that attention to go.
Something coming up
A release, a campaign, an event, a launch. The programme works best against a real deadline rather than in the abstract.
A named person who will use it
You, your manager, someone on the team — but a specific person, week to week, not an intention.
A willingness to be blunt
We need to hear what's wrong with it. Polite feedback is worse than useless at this stage.
And ideally, someone who will talk about it — to their audience, their team and their peers. The programme only works if the people in it think it's worth mentioning.
What this isn't.
It isn't finished software
Fantemo HQ is in development. Lander is the first release; Feed and the Control Room come after it. You would be using something that is still being built.
It isn't a guaranteed place
Applications are assessed for fit and there are a hundred places. Applying doesn't guarantee acceptance, and we would rather say so now than later.
It isn't a marketing exercise
We're not looking for testimonials. We're looking for people who will use it hard enough to find the problems.
