This website collects Founding 100 applications, artist nominations, partner enquiries and separate fan update registrations. This notice explains what Fantemo collects, why it is used, who can access it and the choices available to you. The notice may be updated as Fantemo develops.
Who we are
Fantemo (“we”, “us”) operates this website at fantemo.com. For questions about this notice or the information we hold, contact hello@fantemo.com.
What we collect
We collect only the information submitted through this site.
Founding 100 applications and artist nominations
We may collect the artist or band name; applicant name and email; role; management or company; requested Fantemo username; Spotify, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant links; approximate combined audience or follower range; country or primary market; the applicant’s answer about what they would like Fantemo to help the artist and team do; consent; and information included voluntarily in the application.
Where a manager, label or team member nominates an artist, the applicant confirms that they are authorised to provide the information submitted and to be contacted about the nomination.
Fan update registrations
We may collect a first name, email address, selected interests and consent preferences. Fan update registrations are separate from Founding 100 applications and do not represent membership of the Founding 100.
Partner enquiries
We may collect names, contact details, organisation information and the contents of an enquiry.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Why we use it
To review and manage Founding 100 applications and artist nominations.
To understand the artist, their team, their market and the areas where Fantemo may be useful.
To contact applicants about application status, next steps, availability, previews, launch activity or relevant offers.
To review preferred username requests and contact applicants about availability and confirmation.
To send fan registrants the updates and categories of information they requested.
To respond to partner enquiries.
To understand interest in Fantemo in aggregate and prioritise launch activity.
Our lawful basis is consent where you choose to register or apply, and our legitimate interests where we review applications, nominations and enquiries, manage the launch programme and improve our understanding of potential users. You can withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.
How long we keep it
Founding 100 application and nomination information is retained while applications are reviewed and while it is reasonably needed to manage the Founding 100 and related launch activity. Fan update registrations are retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Partner enquiries are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and manage the relationship. We may retain limited records where required for legal, security or administrative purposes.
Who else sees it
Information is accessible to the Fantemo team and to service providers that host this site, process form submissions, support communications or deliver email. Those providers process the information on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes. We do not share an artist nomination publicly or contact a nominated artist unless there is an appropriate reason and lawful basis to do so.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict its use, or withdraw consent where consent applies. Email hello@fantemo.com and we will respond in accordance with applicable law. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this notice and provide any choices required by law.
Changes
We will update this notice as Fantemo develops and change the date at the top when we do.
